Natchitoches, LA (9/2/2024) – The Natchitoches Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred Sunday evening on Lake Street. Officers responded to a call on September 1, 2024, around 8:32 p.m., in the 1000 block of Lake Street regarding a gunshot victim.
Upon arrival, officers discovered 24-year-old Kadarius Miller, a Natchitoches resident, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts, Kadarius Miller was pronounced deceased by the Natchitoches Parish Coroner’s Office due to his injuries.
Natchitoches Police investigating the homicide on Lake Street have spoken with several witnesses and gathered evidence from the crime scene. This evidence will be sent to the crime lab for further analysis as the investigation continues.
