Natchitoches Police Arrest Suspects for Shooting Incident on Pavie Street

Natchitoches, LA (March 10, 2024) – The Natchitoches Police Department (NPD) responded to reports of gunshots in the 800 block of Pavie Street around 8:45 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers gathered information from witnesses and initiated a search for the suspect vehicle. Subsequently, they conducted a traffic stop, leading to the arrest of several individuals.

As a result of the traffic stop, the following individuals were apprehended:

  • Raven Phillips, 26, of Natchitoches, was arrested for illegal carrying of a weapon, illegal use of a weapon, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, simple possession of marijuana, and four counts of failure to appear. Phillips was placed in the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center.
  • Jeremi Guy, 18, of Natchitoches, was arrested for illegal carrying of a weapon, illegal use of a weapon, and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Guy was also placed in the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center.
  • A seventeen-year-old juvenile was charged with illegal possession of a firearm by a juvenile and illegal use of a weapon. They were placed in a juvenile detention facility in Jackson Parish.
