Ridgecrest, LA (7/25/2023) – The Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office reported a mother and son were arrested in a multiple-agency drug operation.
In late November 2022, Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Task Force, Louisiana State Police, and the Vidalia PD Narcotics Unit began an investigation into the suspected illegal drug activity of Larry Frederick Jackson, Jr.
On Thursday, July 20th, CPSO Narcotics Task Force, Louisiana State Police, and Vidalia PD’s K-9 Unit executed a search warrant at 101 Orange St. Ridgecrest, LA, where Larry Frederick Jackson, Jr. and his mother, Patsy Norris Jackson, were arrested and taken into custody without incident.
A search of the property produced drug paraphernalia, including scales, drug packaging materials, approximately twenty-one hundred dollars in cash, and the following drugs were seized: 3 Teva-74 Zolpidem pills; 18 Suboxone pills; 26.6 grams of Marijuana and 26.8 grams of Amphetamines.
