Franklin, LA (1/29/2023) – The Franklin Police Department (FPD) is asking for assistance in locating a missing juvenile.
Timothy Ballet, 11, was reported missing by his mother. Timothy was last seen on January 28, 2023, at approximately 10:00 AM, wearing a gray shirt and blue or black shorts.
Timothy Ballet is described as a black male, approximately 4’11”, weighing approximately 90 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
