Baton Rouge, LA. (9/23/2022) – Baton Rouge Police Detectives arrested Alvin Allen III, 21, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in connection with the death of Keandre Williams, 25, of Baker, Louisiana.
On September 21, 2022, around 11:30 p.m., Baton Rouge Police responded to 650 W. McKinley Street about a reported shooting. Investigators believe Williams arrived at the aforementioned location to visit a female acquaintance. While the two were inside the residence, Allen arrived and forced open the front door while armed with a firearm. Allen shot Williams multiple times before fleeing the area. Williams succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Allen was booked in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges of First Degree Murder, Home Invasion, and Illegal use of a Weapon.
