LSUA, La. (3/20/2026) – The LSUA Black Renaissance Fashion Show will take place March 27, 2026, in Alexandria. The LSUA Black Renaissance Fashion Show will bring together fashion, creativity, and student leadership for one night.
Titled Black Renaissance: An Evening of Fashion, the event is fully led by students in the LSUA Black Student Union. These students are not just participants. They are organizers, designers, and visionaries building the show from the ground up.
The show serves as a celebration of creativity, culture, and style. Each piece reflects identity, expression, and artistic vision brought to life on the runway.
The event will be held inside the Brumfield Caffey Ballroom on the LSUA campus. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with appetizers available. The show begins at 7:00 p.m.
Organizers are aiming to bring in at least 100 attendees. They are asking the community to show up and support the students behind the production.
The event is open to all. Residents across Central Louisiana are encouraged to attend and be part of the experience.
