Alexandria, LA (May 22, 2024) – Residents of Alexandria, Louisiana, were taken by surprise recently when Greyhound Bus Line abruptly discontinued its service to the city. The closest Greyhound Bus location is Opelousas, Louisiana, which is approximately 67 miles away.
Despite reaching out to the City of Alexandria for further comment and updates on the situation, we have yet to receive a response. The lack of communication from city officials only adds to the community’s frustration.
