Sunny skies will allow temperatures to warm into the low to mid-80s this afternoon. Light and variable winds this morning will become SE through the afternoon.
Tonight, cloud cover will begin to fill in through the evening, followed by a return of isolated showers and thunderstorms after midnight. Convection will initially be over our far western regions, expanding east as we head towards daybreak. Lows will fall into the upper 50s to the low 60s.
On Saturday, a low-pressure system moving across the NW Gulf will bring scattered to widespread showers and thunderstorms tomorrow. Ample cloud cover will keep afternoon highs in the low to mid-70s. Winds will shift NW through the second half of the day while becoming gusty.
