Colfax, LA (6/11/2025) – The Colfax Police Department is actively investigating a hit-and-run incident that occurred in the parking lot of Spring Market, located at 1506 Main Street in Colfax.
Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect and vehicle involved.
According to police, an employee of the store reported that after completing her shift and walking to her black Cadillac, she noticed red paint transfer and visible damage to her bumper.
Upon reviewing surveillance footage, officers observed a white female exiting the store and entering a red Ford F-150. The vehicle was seen backing into the employee’s car before quickly leaving the property.
Photographs of both the suspect and the vehicle have been obtained. Investigators are working to confirm the identity of the individual involved.
