Sunday Night: Conditions will remain partly cloudy with lows around 63 degrees. Winds from the southeast could gust up to 25 mph.
Monday: Showers and thunderstorms are likely after noon, with a 40% chance of rain. Daytime highs will reach 83 degrees. South winds will strengthen to 10-20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph, creating a breezy and unsettled atmosphere.
Monday Night: The chance of rain increases to 80%, with showers and thunderstorms continuing into the night. Low temperatures will hover around 61 degrees. Winds will remain gusty, tapering off slightly overnight.
The region faces a marginal risk for excessive rainfall, which may lead to localized flooding in low-lying areas. Storms could bring damaging wind gusts over 58 mph and periods of frequent lightning.
Tuesday and Beyond: Conditions will improve on Tuesday with sunny skies and highs near 78 degrees. A cold front will bring cooler temperatures by midweek, with highs dropping to the mid-60s on Wednesday and lows near 40 degrees by Wednesday night.
