Alexandria, LA (2/6/2024) – Reports of multiple shots fired have led to a heavy law enforcement and first responder presence just off of Bayou Rapides Road across from Alexandria Country Day School.
The Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office, Louisiana State Police, and Acadian Ambulance are on the scene.
As of now, no further details are available regarding the incident.
Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots. Acadian Ambulance was seen transporting a victim to a local trauma hospital. The condition of the victim is unknown.
