Rapides Parish, LA (8/4/2024) – Louisiana State Police (LSP), Troop E, arrested a Bossier Parish man on 57 charges on August 2, 2024.
Authorities have not clarified the time and circumstances of the arrest. LSP booked 21-year-old Caleb Tucker Cheatham into the Rapides Parish Detention Center.
Troopers arrested the Bossier Parish man on multiple charges, including 30 counts of simple burglary and illegal possession of a stolen firearm. Cheatham also faces charges for contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, theft of a firearm, criminal conspiracy, and reckless operation of a vehicle.
Cheatham’s bond is set at $207,700. He remains in pre-trial detention. The Louisiana State Police has not released further details.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
