Bossier City, LA (4/9/2023) – Bossier City Police Department (BCPD) Juvenile Division and family are asking for the Public’s Assistance in locating a teenage girl who is considered a runaway and possibly endangered.
Ke’Onna Kennedy Burks, 16, was last seen wearing bright pink shorts and a jacket. Ke’Onna height is 5’6 ” and she weighs 220 pounds. She has long red and black braids and two nose piercings.
