Baton Rouge, LA (2/27/2023) – Baton Rouge Police Department (BRPD) reported BRPD Homicide Detectives have arrested a second suspect who was involved in the shooting that occurred on I-12 on October 8, 2022.
LOREN NEYLAND, 30, has been arrested and booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison for one count of first-degree murder and one count of attempt first-degree Murder.
