Alexandria, LA (06/11/2024) – On Monday, June 10, 2024, at approximately 8:10 PM, the Alexandria Police Department (APD) located an occupied stolen vehicle at Lee Street and Duhon Lane and attempted to stop it.
The vehicle fled from officers, leading to a short pursuit that ended in the 2900 block of MacArthur Drive.
A 16-year-old juvenile and 17-year-old Dereon Gordon, both of Alexandria, LA, were arrested and charged with one count of Theft of a Motor Vehicle, one count of Aggravated Flight From an Officer, and one count of Resisting an Officer.
