Alexandria, LA (May 28, 2025) – The Alexandria Police Department has confirmed an arrest in connection with the May 21 Clark Street Alexandria shooting, which claimed the life of 17-year-old Corey Brooks and left two others injured. The incident occurred in the 4000 block of Clark Street, near Green Street.
Tre’Quan Stanley, 20, has been arrested and charged with:
• Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery
• Principal to Second-Degree Murder
• Accessory After the Fact to Second-Degree Murder
Stanley is currently in custody as detectives continue to investigate the shooting.
Two suspects remain at large and are considered armed and dangerous:
• Shemell Jacobs, 17, wanted for Armed Robbery and Second-Degree Murder
• Keldrick Jordan, 18, wanted for Armed Robbery and Second-Degree Murder
The Alexandria Police Department urges the public not to approach these individuals and to report any information immediately.

Let me be clear, anyone found protecting or harboring these violent individuals will be held accountable and arrested.”
