Alexandria Residents Arrested for Vehicle Theft and Probation Violations

Alexandria, LA (7/28/2024) – Recent bookings in Rapides Parish have revealed arrests of two Alexandria residents, Damion Dale Brooks and Robert Moore Roy, both facing charges related to vehicle theft and probation violations.

Damion Dale Brooks, 46, was arrested on July 26, 2024, for two charges: theft of a motor vehicle valued between $5,000 and $25,000, and theft under $1,000. Brooks was booked at 2:23 PM and released on July 27, 2024, at 4:56 PM. The total bond amount set for Brooks was $4,000.

Robert Moore Roy, 60, was arrested on July 26, 2024, at 7:18 PM. Roy faces three charges: probation violation, and two counts of possession of a stolen vehicle. Additionally, he was booked on July 25, 2024, at 6:29 PM for three counts of theft under $1,000. The total bond amount set for Roy was $10,000.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
