Alexandria, LA (8/19/2023) – An Alexandria Police Department (APD) officer arrested a man filming an arrest on Friday, August 18, 2023.
Quentavis Kilpatrick Woodard, 31, of Alexandria, was arrested without incident for allegedly interfering with a police officer, according to the Rapides Parish Inmate Inquiry System.
Mr. Woodard was booked on Friday, August 18, 2023, at 9:45 am and released at 10:07 am by the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Department.
Sources on the scene stated it was unclear what the man in the orange shirt roll was. The man later, during the incident, identified himself as a police officer and told the guy filming that he was going to be arrested.
We are unable to identify which police agency Mr. Orange Shirt is employed by.
