ALEXANDRIA, LA (5/4/2025) – The Alexandria attempted kidnapping suspect, Christopher Braxton, now faces additional serious charges.
According to the Rapides Parish Inmate Inquiry system, Braxton has been charged with 25 counts of pornography involving juveniles.
He was rearrested on April 29, 2025. The charges involve intentionally possessing child pornography.
The Rapides Parish Inmate Inquiry also confirms Braxton’s total bond is now $1,325,000.
He additionally faces a probation violation.
Braxton was first arrested for attempted simple kidnapping, sexual battery, and indecent behavior with a juvenile.
These charges stem from an April 7, 2025, incident where he allegedly targeted minors near West Sycamore in Alexandria.
