Caddo Parish, La. (8/31/2022) – According to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office, Charles Spraberry, 42, has been captured in Caddo Parish. Spraberry escaped from the Cass County Detention Center at about 7:45 p.m. Monday, Aug. 29, 2022.
Spraberry was held on multiple charges in a double homicide in Atlanta, Texas, where two bodies were found in a burned-out camper trailer.
Caddo sheriff’s office located him near Hwy 1, chased and arrested him on La. Hwy 169 around 8:01 am this morning. A female who was with him was also arrested.
