Alexandria, La. (October 5, 2025) — The 2025 Rapides Parish Fair Queen and Princess Pageant took center stage Saturday afternoon at LSUA’s Mulder Hall. Family, friends, and community members gathered to celebrate contestants who showcased poise, confidence, and a strong sense of community.
The pageant, hosted by the Rapides Fair Association, Inc. under President Jimbo Thiels, featured divisions for Queen, Senior Princess, and Junior Princess. Contestants competed in interview, stage modeling, and formal wear portions before an audience of supporters.

The pageant was dedicated to the memory of a beloved 4-H Program Assistant whose service to the Rapides Parish Fair touched countless lives. Her legacy of volunteerism and dedication inspired the decision to dedicate this year’s Princess Contest in her honor.
Judges included Miss LSUA Madison Brown, Ms. Rebecca Duncan, and 2018 Fair Queen Destiny Desselle-Talbot. Outgoing 2024 Queen Kylie Tyler gave a heartfelt farewell speech before the crowning of the new titleholders.
