BALL, LA (5/4/2025) – A Ball man killed in motorcycle crash Saturday night has been identified as 19-year-old Alijah F. Johnson.

The crash happened on Hooper Road near Louisiana Highway 3225 in Rapides Parish.
Johnson was driving a 2005 Honda motorcycle eastbound when he crossed the center lines.
His motorcycle exited the roadway and entered the westbound ditch.
Johnson was ejected from the vehicle and sustained severe injuries.

Routine toxicology samples were collected and submitted for analysis.
The crash remains under investigation by Louisiana State Police.
Friends and family remembered Johnson on social media as joyful, caring, and deeply loved.
“He was always welcome at our home,” said David O’Reilly.
Kaydence Jeffers added, “To know him was to love him.”
