Monroe, LA. (9/27/2022) – Monroe Police Department (MPD) Detectives have established a 14-year-old as the suspect wanted in the September 24, 2022, shooting incident at Pecanland Mall.
Davion Mitchell, 14, is wanted for Illegal Use of a Weapon, Illegal carrying of a weapon, and Juvenile Possession of a Handgun.
