Alexandria, LA (July 26, 2024) – According to a prompt inquiry from the Rapides Parish Coroner’s Office, a 34-year-old man sustained injuries that resulted in his death after being transported to the emergency room at Rapides Regional Medical Center. The investigation is currently in process, and not all facts have been determined.
The family has identified the young man as Marcus Kerry. They shared with UrbanCast that Marcus was a loving, God-fearing man who was adored by his family. He had been the protector and backbone for his mother and sisters since their father’s passing four years ago. Marcus leaves behind a large extended family, including aunts, uncles, and cousins, who loved him dearly and will miss him greatly. 💔
