Alexandria, LA (10/19/2023) – The Alexandria Police Department (APD) reported one man was injured in a shooting around Wingstop/Gamestop/FedEx Office.
On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at approximately 9:46 PM, APD responded to the 2300 block of South MacArthur Drive about an individual suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment by Acadian Ambulance Service. APD, RPSO, and LSP were also on the scene. There was information released regarding a suspect(s) in this incident.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
