(10/18/2022) – The Louisiana State Police (LSP) will be at Cabrini Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Alexandria this Saturday, October 22, from 9 AM-12 PM for a huge car seat check event in conjunction with Cabrini’s 42nd Annual NICU Reunion. Get your car seat checked, and let the technicians help to ensure it is installed safely and correctly. There will also be a giveaway for a new car seat and some booster seats!
Motor Vehicle Crash is Louisiana’s number one cause of child injury death. Technicians will be onsite to ensure that your car seat is installed correctly in your vehicle. They will also help teach how to place your child in the seat/restraint in the safest way.
