Alexandria, LA (12/18/2023) – Multiple residents of the Alexandria Garden Districtreported hearing shots in the 2000 Block of Elliot Street on Saturday, December 16th.
The shots were heard around 11:30 pm. Residents confirmed a heavy contingency of Alexandria PD officers were on the scene. One source said one person was shot five times
Residents observed the Alexandria Police Department collecting casing from the ground.
An email was sent to the APD requesting further details of the incident.
