Alexandria, LA (2/22/2024) – Joemarko Daniel James, aged 38 and residing in Alexandria, Louisiana, was taken into custody and booked into the Rapides Parish Jail at approximately 3:30 pm on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
The arrest comes following charges leveled against James, including six counts of attempted second-degree murder and one count of second-degree murder.
