Monroe, La. (10/6/2022) – At approximately 9:30 p.m., Officers with the Monroe Police Department responded to Green Oaks Detention Center for Youth located at 4820 South Grand, where it was discovered that three male juveniles escaped custody.
15-year-old DeMarcus Haynes, 17-year-old Isszavion Webb, and 16-year-old Dallas Wesley fled the facility in an unknown direction. If anyone observes these individuals, please contact the Monroe Police Department immediately at 318-329-2600. All three suspects should be considered dangerous. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
