New Orleans, LA (4/18/2023) – Shawna Halford, who goes by Rali, went missing on March 30, 2023, from Club OZ on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana, and didn’t return.
Rali is 25 years old. She was last seen wearing a multi-colored jumpsuit pictured on the flyer. Shawna (Rali) has pierced ears, a nose piercing, and several tattoos on her chest, arm, and foot.
Detectives spotted Rali on street cams at 11:37 pm, leaving Club Oz alone. She was last seen on the cameras at St Peter and Royal Street, but she was not found on the additional cameras in the area.
Rali didn’t seem to be under the influence of anything and didn’t talk to anyone while she was walking. Rali suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, and she is without needed medications. Her family is heartbroken. Her son needs her home.
