Ville Platte, LA (5/29/2023) – The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office is looking for an inmate who escaped on May 28, 2023.
The escaped inmate, Jody Thomas Thrasher, was in custody for drug and gun charges. The escaped inmate is believed to still be in the Evangeline parish area. Thrasher, 47, is a white male, 5’4″ tall, and weighs 152 pounds. Thrasher has blue eyes, grey hair, and his complexion is described as fair.
