Early Morning Shooting in the 12th and Elliott Street Area

Alexandria, LA (1/19/2023) – Emergency officials (APD and Acadian Ambulance) responded to a shooting early Friday morning, January 20, 2023. 

The shooting reportedly happened in the 12th and Elliot Street Area, the second shooting in Alexandria District #1 in 2023, and Alexandria’s 6th shooting.

At least one person was injured.
