Baton Rouge, LA (12/04/2023) – The Baton Rouge Police Department (BRPD) is investigating a shooting on Jefferson Avenue.
The fatal shooting occurred on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at 12:58 in the 2400 Block of Jefferson Avenue.
Gregory Chaney, 50, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was found deceased outside of the address with multiple gunshot injuries.
According to BRPD, the motive and suspect(s) are unknown at this time.
