Alexandria, LA (1/9/2023) – According to a spokesperson for a local business, a hit-and-run in the 1700 block of Jackson Street is being investigated by Alexandria Police Department (APD).
The Thomas B. Wahlder Law Firm is asking for public assistance in locating the driver of what appeared to be a minivan. Video showed the vehicle crashing into a fence in their driveway on Sunday, January 7, 2024. The front passenger can be seen opening and closing their door. The driver then reversed the vehicle and drove away, heading west on Jackson Street.
The incident occurred just after 11 pm on Sunday. There were at least two people in the vehicle.
