Marksville, LA (6/8/2023) – The Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office (APSO) reported a Marksville man suspected of molestation was arrested.
On March 12, 2023, APSO responded to a complaint of possible indecent behavior with a 10-year-old juvenile female in the Marksville, Louisiana area.
Further investigation by APSO Patrol Deputies and Detectives revealed that 58-year-old David O’Quinn of Marksville, LA committed the offenses of Molestation of a Juvenile (2 counts).
The 12th Judicial District Court subsequently issued an arrest warrant for the offenses of LA R.S. 14:81.2 Molestation of a Juvenile (2 Counts). The bond was set at $200,000.00.
On June 7, 2023, David O’Quinn was arrested according to the 12th JDC arrest warrant for the offenses as mentioned earlier and booked at the Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office DC-1 Jail Facility. O’Quinn is currently in APSO custody.
