Alexandria, La. (5/1/2023) – According to multiple sources on the scene, a male was shot and killed on Sunday, March 30, 2023.
Sources said the victim was found in the parking lot of the Greater Alexandria Economic Development Authority and the building housing the Federal Post Office on Johnston Street.
On the scene were Alexandria Police Depart, Rapides Sheriff’s Department, Louisiana State Police, and Acadian Ambulance Services.
The shooting occurred around 8:00 pm.
