ORIGINAL STORY
Alexandria, LA (4/9/2023) – Alexandria Police Department (APD) is investigating a crash involving a 4-wheeler. The crash occured Sunday, April 9, 2023 on 3rd Street near the Willow Glenn River Road intersection.
Other agencies that were on the scene assisting APD were Louisiana State Police, Woodworth Police Department, Acadian Ambulance Service, and Alexandria Fire Department.
According to an Alexandria Official at least one person was transported to a local hospital in critical condition involving a 4-wheeler. Sources on the scene said the 4-wheeler crash involved at least two additional vehicles.
The scene was blocked of to traffic for well over an hour.
Officials details of this crash will probably be released later today, Monday, April 9, 2023.
