MOSCOW, Idaho – The Moscow Police Department (MPD) will hold a press conference at 1 p.m., Friday, December 30, in the City Council Chambers at 206 E. 3rd Street of Moscow City Hall. Multiple sources are saying a person of interest was arrested in Pennsylvania.
Police Chief James Fry will update the ongoing investigation into the quadruple homicide at 1122 King Road on Sunday, November 13. Officials from the Moscow Police Department, Idaho State Police, the City of Moscow, and the University of Idaho will be present.
