After a cloudy Friday morning, showers and thunderstorms will begin moving back into the region from the southwest and west during the afternoon and evening hours.
Highs will generally run from 65 to 70 degrees. Winds will be out of the northeast at 10 to 15 mph by the afternoon.
Gusts across the area along and south of I-10 will reach 20 mph by the afternoon.
