Alexandria, LA. (9/27/2022) – A bomb threat was called into Bolton High School around 8:15 am Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Alexandria Police Department (APD) and Alexandria Fire Department (AFD) responded along with other related agencies.
All Bolton students, faculty and staff were evacuated. The area was declared safe after a search of the building, at about 9:15 am. Students have since returned to class.
According to multiple sources there is a hightened security presence at the school.
