2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/8 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 stick of unsalted butter grated
1 cup of buttermilk
Mix dry ingredients, place bowl and stick of butter into freezer for 15 minutes, grate the butter into dry mixture, stir, stir in buttermilk, place dough surface with flour, kneed 12 times, form a ball with the dough, press to the diameter of the pan, use a pizza cutter
Bake at 425 for 15 mins
