Alexandria, LA (April 30, 2024) — The Greater Alexandria Economic Development Authority (GAEDA) will convene for a special call meeting today, Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at The Hotel Bentley in the Bayou Roberts Room, located at 200 Desoto Street, Alexandria, LA 71301.

- Motion to adopt a resolution of no confidence in Greg Upton as the Chairman of GAEDA for repeatedly failing to uphold and execute the responsibilities and duties as chairman and failure to uphold his oath of office to act impartially in the best interest of GAEDA.

As per the meeting guidelines, individuals wishing to make public comments are requested to keep their remarks limited to three minutes per person.
