CENLA – According to the Food Bank of Central Louisiana, September is Hunger Action Month. They are asking everyone to join the movement to end hunger today.
Everyone needs nutritious food to thrive. Yet, tens of millions of people in the United States – including 55,990 individuals and 18,510 children in Central Louisiana face hunger.
Joining the Food Bank of Central Louisiana in the movement to end hunger helps ensure everyone, regardless of race, background, or ZIP code, has access to the food and resources needed to thrive.
